You can ship hardware directly to our Sofia datacenter. We'll receive, inventory, and rack your equipment on arrival. We also offer escorted access if you'd prefer to install it yourself. Contact our team for shipping instructions and customs guidance.

Basic remote hands (reboots, cable checks, visual inspections) are included with all colocation plans. Extended work such as hardware swaps, drive replacements, or custom cabling is billed at a reasonable hourly rate. Since our team is on-site, response times are typically under 15 minutes.

Our Sofia facility provides N+1 power redundancy with UPS and diesel generator backup. Standard power is 230V/16A per circuit. Cooling is precision CRAC-based with hot/cold aisle containment. Ambient temperature is maintained at 21-23°C year-round.

Yes. You can announce your own IP prefixes via BGP. We support both IPv4 and IPv6 announcements. Alternatively, we can provide IP allocations from our own pools. We also offer IP transit services with commit levels from 1G to 100G. Cross-connects to other carriers within the facility are also available.
