HA clusters with shared storage. Databases, file systems, block storage for VMs.

~50K IOPS per OSD
Local

Local NVMe

Direct-attached NVMe for maximum IOPS with zero network overhead. Enterprise-grade drives with power-loss protection. Ideal when performance matters more than replication.

Best for:

Databases, caching layers, latency-sensitive applications, ML training data.

~200K+ IOPS
Controller

Hardware RAID

LSI/Broadcom controllers with battery backup unit. RAID 1/5/6/10 configurations. Predictable sequential I/O with hardware-level redundancy independent of the OS.

Best for:

Predictable sequential I/O, legacy applications, OS drives with hardware redundancy.

Near-raw with BBU cache

Each cluster includes dedicated physical servers, private VLAN connectivity between nodes, 10Gbit+ interconnects, IPMI/BMC access for remote management, and our 24/7 hardware support. We handle the physical infrastructure - rack, power, cooling, and network - while you manage everything above the hardware layer. For a fully managed experience, see our Proxmox Cloud offering.

We offer clusters starting from 3 nodes. For HA with Proxmox or Ceph, 3 is the minimum for quorum. For Kubernetes, you can start with as few as 3 nodes (1 control plane + 2 workers). Smaller setups (2 servers with private networking) are also available - contact us to discuss.

Yes. You have full IPMI access, which includes remote console (KVM over IP) and virtual media mounting. You can boot from any ISO, PXE boot your own provisioning system, or use our pre-installed OS options. Any Linux distribution, BSD, VMware, Proxmox - it's your hardware.

Each server has a dedicated IPMI/BMC interface accessible over a separate management network. This gives you remote console access (KVM over IP), power control (on/off/reboot/reset), hardware sensor monitoring (temperatures, voltages, fan speeds), and virtual media mounting for ISO images. Available 24/7 regardless of OS state.

Yes. We support announcing your own IP prefixes (/24 and larger) via BGP from our network (AS203380). You'll need to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from your RIR or upstream. BYOASN is also supported for customers who want to peer with their own autonomous system number.

You choose the storage for each node: NVMe SSDs for maximum IOPS, SATA/SAS SSDs for cost-effective performance, or HDD arrays for bulk storage. Hardware RAID controllers (LSI/Broadcom with BBU) are available for RAID 1/5/6/10 configurations. You can build Ceph clusters, ZFS pools, or use any software-defined storage. Mix storage types across nodes as needed.

Each cluster gets dedicated private VLANs for node-to-node traffic. Standard setup includes separate networks for management, storage replication, and public traffic. We provide trunk ports with 802.1Q VLAN tagging. For larger deployments, we can configure LAG/LACP bonding, dedicated spine-leaf segments, and custom routing.

We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA covering hardware availability, power, and network connectivity. Hardware failures are handled by our on-site team with 4-hour replacement SLA for drives and 24-hour for other components. Service credits are applied automatically if uptime falls below the SLA threshold.

Yes. You can add nodes to your cluster at any time. We provision the new hardware, connect it to your existing private VLANs, and hand over IPMI access. You handle the cluster join process on your side (or we can assist if you're running Proxmox). Scaling down is also possible with 30-day notice.

Yes. Our managed services team provides free migration assistance for customers moving from another provider or from their own infrastructure. We can help with network planning, storage architecture, and physical-to-physical or virtual-to-physical migrations. We also support KVM-over-IP provisioning for automated deployments.
